

When we despatch your order we'll send you a despatch confirmation email. This will contain your consignment number - so that you can track the progress of your delivery.
We use the following companies to despatch our products. Check your despatch confirmation email to see which company will be delivering your order. Log onto their website and enter your consignment number to track the progress of your goods.

Order before 12 noon Monday to Friday and we'll try to despatch your order on the same day. This isn't guaranteed but we'll do our best! If you'd like to specify a different despatch date, please make a note of this in the 'comments' box at checkout. It's helpful if you provide your telephone number in case we have any queries. All our deliveries require a signature. If there's nobody home to take delivery, the driver will post a card through your letterbox giving clear instructions about what to do next. It will contain a telephone number to call so that you can arrange a more suitable time to take delivery. In the case of Royal Mail, you can also opt to collect your parcel from the post office it has been returned to.
